Save the World?!

“Development geeks rave about the benefits of adding iodine and other micronutrients (such as vitamin A, iron, zinc and folic acid) to diets. The Copenhagen Consensus, which brings together a panel of top global economists to find the most cost-effective solutions to the world’s problems, puts micronutrients at the top of the list of foreign aid spending priorities.”

What a pity that they did not consult medical doctors - at least those who are not paid by big pharmacological corporations! What an idiot came to think about it… Oh, well, sorry - I am pi**ed off.
Why? Because there are some people in the world who are for instance allergic to iodine… The same with vitamin A and so on.
The author of an article should eat the barrel of salt with iodine himself - perhaps it would help his cognitive processes. But most important - he should make more research before writing this awful, full of racism, prejudices and spelling mistakes (micronutrients => micro nutrients) article.
